Experienced Pre-Approved Vendor Panel
SingleSource has been providing valuation services nationwide since 2000, in addition to providing field services and inspections nationwide since 2006. We are proud to have built an experienced panel of real estate professionals – appraisers, real estate agents, and inspectors – who support our range of service offerings.
All Property Data Collectors used must be pre-approved, background checked, and undergo training prior to completing any work orders.

Requirements to Join our Panel include but are not limited to:
- Passed SingleSource Data Collection Training Module
- Passed OFAC Check
- No current or historical Disciplinary Action in licensed states (if applicable)
- Passed REVAA Sterling Background check or similar:
- At least 7 year search, SSN Trace, Federal and County Court Search, National Criminal Search, Sex Offender Search
