Danica “Didi” Lurito is the Vice President of People Operations here at SingleSource Property Solutions, where she leads the People Operations team and collaborates with the organization to foster a strong, people-first culture—aligning perfectly with her passion for working with others.
Before joining SingleSource, Didi earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Technology from Carlow University. While she originally considered becoming a history teacher, her love for people and organizational development led her to pursue a career in HR. However, her passion for history and educating others remains strong.
Beyond her professional role, Didi is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She serves as a mentor for the 50 Finest Program of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where she was honored as part of the 2019 class, and she also participates in other volunteering activities in the community for non-profits and local causes.
Outside of work and volunteering, Didi enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, bowling, trying new restaurants, and treating her nieces and nephews to park outings or ice cream.
