Ed Austin has been working in the Appraisal and Title Management industry for over 20 years. During this time, he has worked for other companies (in the same industry as SingleSource) and has held positions as a Customer Service Manager, Vice President of Sales, Senior Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice President of Sales, and Chief Marketing Officer. Ed has been working for SingleSource, for 10 years (via the merger with iMortgage Services) and became Chief Operating Officer following his role as Executive Vice President and Director of Sales for iMortgage Services. Ed is responsible for the overall operational advancement and growth of the organization. As a client advocate, his industry knowledge and expertise assisted with establishing and maintaining relationships with many of the top 20 Lenders in the country.
Ed graduated from West Virginia University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Ed is married to a teacher who works for Weirton, WV public schools. He has four children and spends his free time with family and attending sporting events.
