We are a licensed title insurance agent in most areas of the U.S. To ensure our ability to provide our Customers a complete business solution, we work directly with our preferred network of licensed agents through work share agreements to process title insurance orders in the remaining states. SingleSource’s centralized title production center produces a variety of title products to meet the needs of our customers. Unlike many of our competitors, SingleSource customizes the title reports to include any additional data requested. Our in-house team of abstractors are able to provide fast, efficient turnaround (when county is online). If the reports are unable to be completed in-house, our nationwide network of abstractors and attorneys supplement the field coverage needed.

SingleSource maintains a diverse panel of field appraisers in order to provide timely appraisals valuations to our clients. We strive to maintain a nationwide panel to allow for rapid order assignment regardless of subject location. Our appraisers are vetted for disciplinary action and are required to have a minimum of three years of appraisal licensure as part of our effort to provide our clients with the best quality valuations on every order. Our appraiser panel completes conventional loan work along with REO, PMI removal valuations, completion inspections, desktop appraisals, and many others.

SingleSource Closing agents are notary signing agents (mobile notary or traveling attorney) who notarize signatures on real estate lending/servicing documents for the mortgage and title industries.  SingleSource agents will travel to the signer’s preferred location to facilitate the process.  The closing agent will notarize, print and deliver document packages to the signing ensuring all needed signatures, initials and witnesses are obtain on the documents.

SingleSource manages a nationwide panel of vendors for property preservation services. Our preservation panel works on a diverse panel of orders for REO as well as Pre-REO field services for our clients.  This includes lawn maintenance, property repairs, property securing, and clean up.

SingleSource Property Solutions maintains a panel of Realtor’s and Broker’s for the completion of a variety of assignments. Our Realtor/Broker panel complete Broker Price Opinions, Property Inspections, and Asset Management listings throughout the country. Our panel are vetted for disciplinary action on their license, complete annual background checks, and are required to have at least 2 years licensure.
